Womenswear collection for A/W 23/24, inspired by Alexander McQueen and Schiaparelli. Here, I have used the trapunto technique which uses rope for the quilting to mimic the look of the skeletal framework. These are from the collection ‘Into The Woods | 2022

The assignment brief was to take the pandemic as our inspiration for the collection. COVID-19 has affected each of us in many different ways. For me, it turned my world around. My moodboard shows how I felt, trapped, scared and lost. The moment before you feel like you are out of the woods, still immersed in the darkness.
